Dear Internet users,
If you pass there, it’s certainly because you like
beer. And if you look for a place where to find some qualitative beer, this
site is made for you. Indeed, it’s dedicated to the cultural lounge which will
be held on January 23rd and 24th, 2010 in Richemont 57270-France.
Organized every other year, and initiated in 1998 (small calculation, yes, we are for the seventh time there), this lounge allows to make discover the beer and its culture to a wide public. How?

By gathering for a weekend around thirty craft
breweries (represented by brewers personally) who are mainly from France and Belgium
but also from the Luxembourg and maybe from Switzerland (list of the guests
here). And yes dear Internet users you will have understood it, Richemont is in
the center of
Only you will say to me? In no way. We associate with
this delicious beverage all which makes its history, at least we try. And so
you find in the green paths of our lounge a vast cultural space:
- The three main bier museums of St Nicolas of Port (www.passionbrasserie.com), Stenay (www.musee-de-la-biere.com) and
Ville sur Illon (www.musee-vosgien-brasserie.asso.fr)
and we wait for a museum from
- Collectors
- Demonstrations of “micro-brassins” as well as bread
manufacturing in the beer
- Conferences animated by beer specialists and
historians

Furthermore, we present every year a different
orientation. On January 23rd and 24th of this year, you can rediscover the
former brewery of Yutz thanks to an exposition created by the association Symec
(“Si Yutz M' Etait Conté”).
We are also worried about our public and that’s why we
propose a stand of prevention which sets up an operation named “evening
captains”. Free drinks (without alcohol) for the driver! So be simply
intelligent, guys!
Finally, don’t forget the possibility of coming to
Richement Bière 2010 by train. Indeed, a bus will realize the way
Richemont-Thionville-Hagondange throughout the week-end and will probably allow
you (according to the train schedules) to leave your car in the garage.
In every case, we offer a glass of 15cl which will give
you the possibility of testing a little more than 2 beers without setting of
risk. And as all the brewers sell their beverage to take away and as our
shuttle returns you to your car park avoiding you carrying your purchases, then
don’t bother you, you can test your beers also at home!
I let you go through this site, updated version 2010,
in which you will find some videos which will allow you to discover us better.
Have a nice reading.

Président of the Richemont MJC
